The Gross National Happiness Centre Bhutan (GNHCB) is pleased to announce the launch of GNH Centre in Australia in Melbourne on August 23, 2024 with side events in Sydney on August 28, 2024 in partnership with the Small Giants Academy. The partnership with Small Giants Academy began in 2012 which led to hosting of the first Impact Safari in Bhutan in 2018. Mr. Lhatu, the Executive Director of GNH Centre Bhutan, will represent the Centre in the events. He will deliver a series of talks and presentations during the launch events. The events will see a large participation from Australians and Bhutanese living in Australia.

The GNH Centre in Australia will be dedicated to inspire, educate, and influence the policy makers and organizations for adopting GNH principles and values into their plans, programmes and projects in Australia.

Mr. Lhatu and the GNH Centre Australia team are also scheduled to visit the Royal Embassy of Bhutan in Canberra to courtesy call on the Hon’ble Ambassador for briefing on the launches and establishing collaboration.
